Pressure Manifolds
For Chlorine or Sulfur Dioxide

Pressure manifolds allow chemicals to be drawn from one or more 150 lbs cylinders or ton containers.  A pressure manifold delivers gas to one or more vacuum regulators and prevents liquid chemicals from reaching the vacuum regulator.  Manifolds can also be designed for liquid chemical delivery systems using an evaporator

Horizontal Manifolds for 150 lb Cylinder

Horizontal manifolds are 3/4″ seamless carbon steel and include:

  • One header valve for vacuum regulator mounting
  • One header valve per connection
  • Drip-leg w/ 25W heater
  • One Flexible connector per connection
  • One isolation valve assembly per connection
  • Wall mounting hardware

Vertical Manifolds for 150 lb Cylinder

Vertical manifolds are 3/4″ seamless carbon steel and include:

  • One header valve for vacuum regulator mounting
  • One CGA#660 inlet for each connection
  • Drip-leg w/ 25W heater
  • One flexible connector per connection
  • One isolation valve assembly per connection
  • Wall mounting hardware
