Chemical weighing Scales are necessary to monitor and manage the inventory of your chemicals. Chemical usage, level, and feed rates are measured with the use of weight-based and ultrasonic systems.

Wall Panel package combines gas flow measurement and automatic flow control.  The remote meter panel visually indicates gas feed rate (based on float position) as well as outputs a 4-20mA signal proportional to gas flow from zero to full scale.

The Automatic control valve provides automatic feed control –  and when paired with the specially designed remote meter, can compare the valve position to the actual gas flow rate of the remote meter.  The information is then used to trigger alarms if the requested gas flow does not match the actual gas flow.

Hydro Instruments manufactures the most technologically advanced liquid chemical vaporizers available on the market. The only manufacturer that offers features including “Super Heat Monitoring”, MODBUS, SCR heating controls and SCADA / PLC communication for a wide variety of parameters. These units are readily available for Chlorine, Sulfur Dioxide, or Ammonia with a capacity of up to 15,000 PPD.

Extend the service life of your cooling tower basin with an Acid Dilution Trough! Global Treat, Inc. provides water treatment equipment for diluting acids and other chemicals (Chlorine, Sulfuric Acid, Corrosion Inhibitors, and Cooling Tower Dispersants) used in cooling towers. There are multiple sizes available with the option of either PVC or CPVC.
