The Automatic Gas Shut-Off Valve System is designed to quickly close chlorine or sulfur dioxide container valves in the event of a gas leak or other emergency. The system can be activated by a manual panic button, external alarm signal, or internal fail-safe alarm signal.

How the Emergency Shut-Off System Works
The Automatic Gas Shut-Off Valve System provides rapid closure of chlorine or sulfur dioxide container valves when an emergency condition occurs. The system may be activated manually or automatically through connected safety and control equipment.
1 — Detect
A gas detector, alarm, panic button, PLC, or other control device signals an emergency condition.
2 — Activate
The control system activates the emergency shut-off valve mechanism
3 — Shut Off
The system rapidly closes the container valve to stop the flow of gas.
