Gas & Chemical Feed Vaporizers
Global Treat, Inc. supplies Hydro Instruments vaporizers for high-capacity gas feed applications where direct gas withdrawal is not practical. These units use a heated water bath to convert liquid chlorine, sulfur dioxide, or ammonia into gas for the feed system.
Vaporizer Models
Two models are available: the VPH-10000-1 with an external heater and recirculating pump, and the VPH-10000-2 with a heater mounted inside the water tank.
VPH-10000-1
The VPH-10000-1 uses an external heater and recirculating pump to transfer heat through the water bath, converting liquid chemical into gas. Available heater options are 18 kW and 20 kW.
VPH-10000-2
The VPH-10000-2 uses an 18 kW heater mounted horizontally into the bottom of the water tank to convert liquid chemical into gas, without a water recirculating pump.
